2 Snow days

For the first time in forever, we've had 2 snow days. I was kind of suprised, but it's been boring. I haven't seen any friends, and we've got school tomorrow. We do have a two hour delay, that I wasn't expecting. Looks like I'll get to sleep in again. I'm really tired, and I'm sure that this is killing you to read, so I'm off to bed.

I just finished watching the most recent/last episode of Naruto. Yea I watch anime, we all do, get over it. Well, I feel like I feel with most endings, sad but content.

Every series I've ever watched has come to an end, except Power Rangers but they don't count, and every time I've felt the same way. Some times I've almost cried. Other times I've just sat there wanting to watch more.

For example, Full Metal Alchemist. (If you don't want the ending ruined don't read this)

At the end of FMA when Ed decided that he would sacrifice himself to save his brother. I think it really made me cry, hell I'm getting teary just thinking about it. But it's that sacrifice that he made that makes it such a great ending.
Same with the FMA movie. I said that I hated it, but now that I rethink it, it really was a good movie. From beginning to end, it made me smile. The end made me cry again, but I'm like that.

You can read again

Heroes comes on in a couple of minutes (It's a great show, you should watch it). So I'm going to go do the dishes now.

You all should watch Full Metal Alchemist, Bleach, and Naruto...and...no that's it.

Sickness

So it's winter, and people are sick. What else is new. I walk into school, and as soon as I step into the *I.B. hallway I can feel the infection trying to get a hold of me. We being in I.B. we don't want to miss a day of school believe it or not. So, when one person gets sick, we all get sick. Luckly, I seem to be getting missed by the infection, however it's just a matter of time before I also get hit.

A brief update of what's happened since '06.

I'm now 16 (need to change my profile). I don't feel any different, in fact if anything I feel younger, more childish. Supposedly you're supposed to act more mature the older you get, but I don't see it. I have two younger siblings, the oldest being seven years behind me, so that helps with the whole staying young idea. I don't like the idea of getting old, it seems that there are more responsibilities that you need to work out that you don't have to worry about when you're a kid. Most of the stuff isn't that important. Like, what am I going to wear to work today? What am I going to eat? Am I going to sleep in or not? Am I gonna punch the guy that just flicked me off or not? It's just stuff that doesn't make any sense to me. Sure I'll go to work to earn money. Hell, the more money you have, the more cool toys you can buy. Yea, I'll go to school, but more to see my friends than to learn. Learning's an important thing to do, but it's just not nearly as fun as picking on the midget, and backing off when you get too deep, or go too far. (Yea I go, too far...Who'd have thought?) What to wear? Something comfy that looks dicent...Sounds good to me. I really don't care if it's not Ambercrombe, or Nike. Steeve and Barey's has comphy and nice looking clothing for about $10 each.

I've gotten a job. It's a little more different than what I thought it would be like. So many people are like, "I HATE my job. It's just the same thing over and over again, and I don't get paid squat for it." I actually like my job. I'm a bus boy/bar back at a restaurant, and it's actually fun. There's so much energy in the room that it's impossible to just stand still for a second. Really I could take a breath, and there'd be another glass to clean, or another table to wipe off. Or in the back of the restaurant, if you don't watch your step it would be very easy to fall right on the floor.

I now have the Wii!!! I've waited so long for this system, as many others have, and I'm totally impressed with how very interactive it is. I Wii Sports for example, you could play to the fullest. You could swing the controller like you would a tennis racket, or you could punch like you were really boxing. Or you could do little motions, like a little twitch of the controller and get the same (if not better) response. I've also beaten Twilight Princess. I was a little upset with this game because it seemed to progress a lot faster than I wanted it to. In the end though, I still love it as much as either A Link To The Past, or OoT. Unfortunatly I've already made a stupid mistake in the buying of games, and bought Marvel Alliance. It's too like the other comic games that have been made in the past. I haven't played it much, so I can't say too much, but I don't think I'll be playing it much more.

Christmas came and past and cool games were bought. I got Final Fantasy XII, which is just hard. I'd be doing fine for a while, then I'd have to go train for an hour because I couldn't get past a mini-boss...I hate when that happens. I also got Shadow of the Colossus, which is a GREAT game. I've already beaten it, and you could beat it off of a rent (I did), but it's so much fun just reliving the idea of having to kill something that's 10-20 times taller than you. Samurai Warriors 2 is an okay game. I don't hate the game itself, I loved the first one, but I think it's either the new level system, or the new voices that really put me off. Keiji's voice has really changed, and I don't like it.

I'm in a minor dillema...I can't figure out what game to buy next. I can't decide on either DDR with Dance Mat, or Guitar Hero with Guitar. I'm going to get one or the other, and the one I don't get I WILL get later. If any one else has any more games that are amazing, please tell me. I need to find a new good game...However I should probably beat the one's that I already have shouldn't I...Oh well.

That's the longest post I've done in a while...then again it' s one of the only posts that I've posted in a while, Oh well. Night all.

Hmm.

So the whole pity me thing lasted 5 minutes...Who knew...I'm going to go play games now, see ya

Yo...

Hey I'm alive, don't worry. I've got my own Wii now, well my siblings and I share it...I own and have beaten Twilight Princess, it's a great game but for some reason I couldn't care less about video games. So starting now, I'm going to not play video games. For as long as I can, I'm even not playing Brain-Age, Wii Sports, or yes Zelda. I feel a little depressed, which bothers me, because I don't think I have anything to be depressed about.

Okay humanity is Pure Evil! We don't seem to care about anyone other than ourselves, and if we do care about someone else, it's someone that we like. I mean, really we see someone on the street and we think, "Wow, I'm glad I'm not that person." There's this term called Schadenfreude, it's German for happyness at the expence of others. On a CD I have from the Broadway Musical Avenue Q, Schadenfreude is seen as human nature. I don't dissagree with that. Really, why do we have television shows that show men getting hit in the balls on a regular basis? Because we don't want to be them, and we laugh at their bad luck.

School's Back For Winter!!

Yea I know bad reference...but it's true.

School's not too terribly bad yet, the teachers aren't killing me yet, and I'm actually getting along with some of them. Yea scary thought.

I went out and bought Resident Evil 4. I love that game so much, that I actually went out and bought it. It's so amazing how powerful I am right now. My handgun is completely maxed out, I can kill El Gigante with about seven shotgun shells, and one magnum shot...That's powerful.

The Wii has been delayed yet again untill November, which I'm fine with. If they need the extra two months in order to make a kick ass system and games, I say go for it. I also don't have enough money for it right now either so, yea.

I need a good Homecoming alternative. Neither me nor my girlfriend are going, so I want to do something for her that night. I was thinking about a movie, or just having her come over and hang out. If anyone else has any idea's please let me know.

Also does anyone know where I could find a $90- Wireless router? I'm hoping to get one soon, but so far I'm still saving up for the Wii. I would like to get one picked out so that I could save for that next, but we'll see.

You tube is a wonderfull thing. I've used it to watch all of the Full Metal Alchemist Episodes, including the movie (IT SUCKED DON'T WATCH IT), and I've been using it to watch Naruto episodes. I've watched about 104 episodes right now, and I plan to watch more later.

Okay another bad joke time to wind up my post.

Why did the monkey fall out of the tree?

Because it was DEAD!!!!!!!!! :)

I recently went out and bought my younger siblings and I Animal Crossing for the gamecube. They haven't stopped playing for two days, and I've had to play my Wild World on the DS.

Has anyone read the Scarlet Letter? I have to read it for school, and while it's not long, I just can't get around to picking it up. It really doesn't look too boring, no more boring than Great Expectations which I read in a night. I dunno...

I've heard from a reliable source, EB games storeclerks, that the Wii has been post-poned until November 2!!!!!!! I'm really tired of waiting for the darn thing to come out. I'm more ready for Twilight Princess to come out, but that is coming out along with the Wii.

I've recently beated Resident Evil 4!!!!! A huge acomplishment. This is one of my favorite games, even thougth it scares me to death everytime I play it. I found the final boss no where near the hardest, I actually found the hardest boss Krauser because of the time limit. While I was at my friends house (it's his game) we also loaded the beaten file and started from the beginning with a magnum, shotgun, and super-strong handgun. It's insane, because I have all the tools and experience from my beaten file on the new one. It's just fun and not so much scary anymore.

Is a Mac extremely hard to deal with, or is it just me? We now have one, and there are 50 extra steps just to play a simple game. I just wanted to know if there is any up side to a Mac.
